DLS Series double vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is the product of our company with independent research and development, combining the characteristics of high intensity magnetic separators of China and abroad. This product is so far the best high intensity magnetic separator with most advanced technology.  This product adopts vertical ring rotation, pulsating beneficiation, and high frequency vibration structure, and solves the easy-blockage word-wide problem of flat ring high intensity magnetic separator and flat ring high gradient magnetic separator. It has the advantages of large beneficiation ratio, high adaptability to the fineness, concentration, and undulation of mineral, reliable workability, and convenient operation, etc.. This product realizes the double-high merits of high beneficiation ratio and high recycle ratio for weak magnetic minerals.

Application Field
For processing fine, feebly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, ilmenite, wolframite, tantalum niobium, and etc.
For purifying (iron and titanium removal) nonmetallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, ceramic, material, and etc.

Main characteristics
1. Vertical ring ration and pulsating beneficiation.  The blockage of magnetic medium of flat high intensity magnetic separator is the unsolved technical problem for several decades. DLS series magnetic separator uses vertical ring rotation, and the supply direction of minerals is opposite to the direction of beneficiation for the first batch magnetic medium, so the coarse granular can be washed away without going through the batch of magnetic medium and effectively prevent the blockage.
2. Equipped with high frequency vibration structure and driving the fluid to generate pulsating hydro-force. Under the action of pulsating hydro-force, the mineral granular is always scattered, and can improve the efficiency of high intensity magnetic beneficiation.
3. Flat ring high gradient magnetic separator imposes high strict requirement to the fineness of the mineral. We research the unique structure and optimized combination of magnetic medium, and make the upper limit of the DLS series magnetic separator for mineral fineness 2.0mm, simplify the work for grade of mineral on site, and it has more adaptability.

Attentions:
1. In order to determine whether our magnetic separator is suitable for the beneficiation of the aimed mineral and to help the user choose the best magnetic medium, the user needs to provide a small amount of samples for experiment. We will do small scale experiment for the user free.
